Angela Massy

CEO

As CEO of EcoMarines, Angela combines strategic development and community engagement to empower young environmental leaders. She collaborates with schools and partners to grow innovative, action-based programs that inspire lasting change.

Emma Galligan

Partnerships & Engagement Officer

With over 15 years of project expertise and a deep commitment to Queensland, Emma transitioned from a corporate career to the not-for-profit sector five years ago. Now at EcoMarines, she empowers young leaders to bridge the gap between community action and tangible conservation, driving a lasting impact on our local ecosystems.

Kyle Irwin

Media & Communications Officer

Kyle has studied Graphic Design and Marketing. Kyle holds a strong commitment to sustainability, proving his passion for promoting environmental responsibility and action, as well as showing enthusiasm for the betterment of environmental communities.

Suha Yoon

Marketing & Communications Assistant

Suha is the Marketing and Communications Assistant at EcoMarines, combining her studies in Hotel Management and Marketing with a passion for sustainability. She supports social media, content creation, and campaigns that raise environmental awareness and promote positive community impact.

Latisha Somers

Program Coordinator

Latisha is a graduate Environmental Scientist passionate about ecology, with hands-on experience in wildlife care, bush regeneration, and flora and fauna conservation. She’s dedicated to community-driven conservation and hopes to inspire the next generation through her work with EcoMarines and local citizen science initiatives.

Kassandra Henke

Program Coordinator

Kassandra is a graduate Marine Biologist driven by a deep passion for ocean conservation, environmental education, and community-led science. She is passionate about inspiring students to become confident environmental leaders through hands-on learning, outdoor experiences, and real-world examples of conservation in action.
